  • Payment made for premium listings that were not activated within 48 hours.
  • Duplicate transactions due to technical errors.
  • Accidental payments with valid proof submitted within 24 hours.
2. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  • Email us at support@solapurnest.com with your transaction ID and reason for refund.
  • Our team will verify and respond within 3–5 business days.
  • If approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
  • Paid services already delivered (e.g., featured listings).
  • Delay caused due to incorrect user input or inaction.
  • Request made after 7 days of transaction.
